Rental Rates:
- Summer, Spring, and Fall Weekly Rentals: ~$3,500 per week (Saturday to Saturday)
- Winter Seasonal Rental (Dec-March): Contact us for details and availability
- Refundable Security Deposit: $600 required at the time of booking
- Cleaning Fee: $175 per stay

House Rules
Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in after 4:00 PM, check-out before 11:00 AM
Children: Supervision of children is required at all times, especially around the pool area
Pets: Family dogs are allowed; please clean up after them
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the chalet
Parties/Events: No parties or events are allowed
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Safety: The chalet is equipped with safety features for your peace of mind.
Also needed to know:
- Government-issued photo identification may be required
- Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited
- Safety features at this property include a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit, a deadbolt lock as well as smoke and carbon monoxide detectors
